On the balance of all practical probabilities, it’s easier (and cheaper) to write your own stuff.

I live with Janet (my wife since 1985) and two whimsical cats the size of battle tanks in the lush concrete suburbs of Anytown, Anystate. My wife isn’t ‘big’ on noodles though. Oh well…
If you’re running a hobby-horse blog, you generally don’t pay because then you’d be inviting people to guest-post out of interest.
Every day, around 7 million blog posts are published on the Internet. You’re fighting for attention and breathing space even with a voice.

Your writing doesn’t have to be perfect for a blog. It only needs to be reasonably readable — and reasonably formatted (which you still have to do anyway even for a piece written by someone else).
